January 2 2011 Adidas Junior Phenoms (7-8 Grade Boys)

1 Nate Fowler Height: 6-6
Weight: Grade: 8
School: 220 Home Address: Cincinnati,Ohio
Comments:
Big wide body showed us soft hands offensively and a nose for offensive rebounds. Positioning was always not good but he turned hard towards rebounds and scored well when fed accurately in the post. Size 18 feet and immature physical frame predicts that he will grow to 6-10 or taller. Kid will be another great Post Prospect matriculating to Big Ten unless he loses focus/interest.

2 AJ Harris Height: 5-8
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address: Dayton,Ohio
Comments:
Lefty point guard/wing scorer controls both ends of the court at will with his elite skill/quicks and basketball IQ. TOP 20 National 2015 Prospect. Scoring the ball off the dribble is his strength while he has no real weaknesses. His challenge is to continue elevating his game against older players since he is not pushed enough in his age group. Future vertical physical growth also is a question in his now maturing frame.

3 Luke Kennard Height: 6-4
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address: Franklin,Ohio
Comments:
This big lefty had the best offensive aptitude of any of the players . He can push the ball like a point guard , score with good post moves and drain treys in triple threat to 23'. His nose to score reminds us of former and current Notre Dame stars Troy Murphy and Scott Martin respectively.

4 Michael Galemmo Height: 5-5
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
Stocky and cocky lead guard plays with a swagger , great court vision and a desire to make the extra pass for his team to score. Trey ball accurate to 23' in triple threat , Galemmo is a coach on the court who keeps his team organized and focused.

5 Macio Teague Height: 6-1
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
He impressed us most with his disciplined wrist shot that had good extension. He is good in all areas but due to his maturing physical frame, he needs dedicated work on our developmental program.

6 Isaiah Jones Height: 5-8
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address: Cincinnatti , Ohio
Comments:
Most versatile player of the day. Not great at any one skill but good at everything on both ends of the court. He will continue developing his potential under the tutelage of his father Paul McMillan who starred at Loyola and in Europe Pro Leagues.

7 Austin Sanders Height:
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
He played hard all day at both ends of the court. His strength in our opinion was his team skills working with others on his team. No glaring deficiencies but he needs to work diligently in our written program in order to develop into a standout player who makes plays.

8 Kahill Wade Height:
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
Physically he has a light build and quick feet. His strength this day was a talent for shooting in good rhythm off the dribble. His enthusiasm for play at both ends of the court this day predicts to us that he will develop diligently in our written program.

9 Elijah Barber Height:
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
He has good frame to grow into for basketball and a rugged personality around the basket fighting for position and quick jumping to rebounds. His defense was just as physical and we believe he will develop more go to scoring moves from his special explosive physical foundation.

10 Xavier Holston Height: 5-6
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
Lefty , lithe point guard is quick on quick and an elite playmaking point guard whose great court vision enables him to make plays . His natural quicks are an awesome foundation to build upon to the highest level of the game if he will weekly elevate his offensive and defensive skills in our written developmental program.

11 Seth McCoy Height: 6-3
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
Big body with good perimeter skill and post physicality. HIS physicality is his strength now and he must continue developing quick execution of offensive skills via our developmental program.

12 Jasean Johnson Height:
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
He showed us late in the day that he can get past defenders off the dribble and get to the basket. His shot to 21' was accurate and his future can be huge if he dedicates himself to skill development and accepting coaches directives..

13 Michael Stafford Height:
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
He drove the ball strong all day in slash from the wing and he finished his shots well. His sound overall game now will develop into an outstanding High School player if he continues drilling for skill development..

14 Jordan Day Height:
Weight: Grade: 8
School: Home Address:
Comments:
Very heady player with hi hoops IQ at both ends of the court. He had best set trey ball shot of the day off the pass . Very good now but will be much better when he decides to do more without the ball and develop off the dribble moves and increased defensive intensity..

15 Phillip Grant Height:
Weight: Grade: 7
School: Home Address:
Comments:
His release on shot must get quicker and he must get left hand out of shot and use it simply as a balance hand. Yet, he has good court vision and off dribble moxey with sound anticipation at both ends of the court. His best days are ahead of him as he has not yet scratched the surface of his physical vertical growth and basketball development..
